If Burnley performance at the beginning of the season is something to go with, then they are in for a rewarding and promising season. Despite their failures during the last season, Burnley started the season with a winning shock of 3-2 against Chelsea. Their victory was even though they lost Andre Gray.
West Brom also began the season well by beating the Bournemouth 1-0. Although their performance cannot be categorized as an A-game, the result was impressive having their first win at the beginning of the season.
Burnley have met West Brom 4 times in the premier league. In which West Brom won 4-0 in both home games and drawing the two clashes 2-2 at the Turf Moor.
For the first time since 1973 -74 season Burnley must be looking forward to winning two matches of a top-flight season after their confidence was boosted last weekend. On the other hand, West Brom has not won two games of a top-flight league season since 1978-79 season.
